This award celebrates a woman who champions neurodiversity through advocacy, education, or opportunity creation. She works to break down stigma, promote understanding, and ensure that neurodivergent individuals are supported and celebrated. By embracing difference as strength, she helps build a more inclusive and compassionate society.
